The Exclusive Phone Book for Bear Creek and La Cresta is divided into different sections. The first section contains introductory pages with valuable general information about the area and information of common interest.
Another section contains the homeowners listings. These pages are only available in the books that are distributed within the community. Books handed out to people and businesses outside the area do not contain the homeowners listings in order to respect our homeowners privacy.
The businesses are listed in two sections. One time in the Business Listings where they are listed alphabetically and the second time in the Business Classified or Yellow Pages where they are sorted according to their class heading.
In addition the book contains guides for areas of special interest. For instance the Golf Guide lists the golf places throughout Southern California.
The whole look and feel is more like a lifestyle magazine, yet it is a book. It covers the information typically found in a phone directory plus additional valuable information.
This is more than an ordinary phone book.
